Bethany Gen

Bethany Gen was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. Beth received a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Politics from Oberlin College, where they played varsity soccer and were involved in peer sex and consent education. After graduating, they worked as a Clinical Research Assistant at Rhode Island Hospital on several relationship violence prevention projects, and as a barista at a local queer cafe/gallery space. As a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program, Beth is excited to join Lehigh's supportive and loving queer community. In their spare time, Beth also is passionate about vegan cuisine, gardening, cats, playing soccer, thrifting and any/all arts and crafts.
