The Faculty and Staff of Color Network (FSCN) strives to enhance the retention and promotion of faculty and staff of color with the provision of promoting professional development, mentoring, community involvement and social events at Lehigh University. The Faculty and Staff Pride Network (FSPN) is a place of support for LGBTQ+ faculty and staff as well as allies and advocates who are interested in fostering and sustaining a welcoming and affirming climate on campus for LGBTQ+ people.
