What is gender equity? For that matter, what is gender? How can we talk about gender? Does it even exist? This workshop engages participants in interactive dialogue about where gender has been, where we are, and where we are going. 2021 MLK Day of Celebration

Happy New Year! Join the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee, together with the NAACP, Office of Multicultural Affairs, and the Faculty and Staff of Color Network, for the next Community Conversations about Race event to celebrate the MLK Day of Celebration! The event will reflect upon Dr. King's book Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community? The event will be held virtually on Monday, January 18 from 12-1:30PM and will feature Dr. Karen Britt, a member of the Easton, PA NAACP and Professor of Business at Northampton Community College and Chad Williams, director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs here at Lehigh. Registration is required to obtain the link. From there, additional information and a pre-read article for the event will be provided. We can't wait to celebrate Dr. King's legacy with you.
