Virtual Inclusion Insights - Part 1 | Human Resources
In this two session program, you will view and discuss eleven video insights presented by Steve Robbins, Ph.D.
In the various video clips, Steve will discuss stereotypes and unintentional intolerance. Steve also discusses how human nature and our brains don't always help us be inclusive, and what we can do to prevent this.
Inclusion Insights is part of our Cornerstones of Community track and is an expectation of all staff.
In order to fulfill Cornerstones of Community requirements, Parts 1 and 2 of the virtual version of this course must both be completed. Parts 1 and 2 must be taken in order.

Please join Dr. Donald Outing, Vice President for Equity and Community, along with Jason Schiffer, Assistant Vice President of Campus Safety, and Dr Holona Ochs, Director of the Marcon Center and LUPD Review Committee Member, on Tuesday, November 29th 3:15 PM- 4:45 PM for a town hall discussion. This is an opportunity for a conversation around the DI&E plan, Campus Climate Report, and the LUPD Review.
The town hall will be held in a hybrid format. Those with interest in and availability for in-person attendance can join the event in RBC 271; we will have refreshment bags to go. Those who would prefer Zoom attendance may register for the Webinar here. (Lehigh credentials are required to register.)
There will be limited time to ask questions during the event; thus, we are also offering the opportunity to submit questions in advance via this form. This will give us the chance to review questions for commonality and address those early in the town hall. Further, this will give you the option to submit a question anonymously if you choose. Galatea & Afterparty with FSPN
Please join us for a showing and post-show reception with the cast of Galatea on Friday, November 11!
Galatea is a Lehigh University Department of Theatre performance directed by Lyam Gabel who is a member of our FSPN leadership team. We will be attending Galatea, a queer fantasia about love at the end of the world. Loosely based on John Lyly’s 1585 play, Galatea is a trans love story set in a forest featuring Greek gods, poetry, and lesbian separatist nymphs. Two young people disguise themselves to escape virgin sacrifice and hide in the woods where they meet and fall in love. Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend.
Students get their tickets free and FSPN will be purchasing the tickets for staff and faculty.
Are you interested in attending? We are reserving a section if more than 20 people sign up !
If you are a student that is reserving their ticket for free and would like to join our section, please RSVP via our google sheet!
