
Natalie DeRosa holds a B.A. in Spanish and Sociology from Temple University and a M.Ed. in Higher Education from DeSales University. Her life journey from Staten Island to her current home in Allentown and years living abroad in Spain give her a unique blend of urban, international, and local perspectives.
Her career reflects an unwavering dedication to intersectional programming, particularly focusing on the complex relationships between race, ethnicity, and gender. Most recently, she has lead initiatives supporting the success of Latinx/a/o and Black male college students.
Beyond her professional life, Natalie embraces an active lifestyle through rhythmic cycling, weight lifting, and Zumba. She's also an enthusiastic traveler who loves exploring diverse cuisines and immersing herself in the arts.
