Gender in A Global Context

Join the CGE, Global Union, and the Lehigh Immigration Coalition during International Week on November 12th from 5 pm to 7 pm in Roemmele Global Commons for a panel discussion on Migration and Changing Gender Roles: How Identity and Mobility Intersect. A representative from a refugee resettlement agency will be in attendence. Food provided. Northeast Woodland Program | Multicultural Affairs

The Office of Multicultural Affairs in partnership with the Museum of Indian Culture Presents Native American Heritage Month. Step back in time with the Museum of Indian Culture’s Northeast Woodland program. Mr. Wesley Dunn, Vice President and Head Docent for the Museum of Indian Culture in Allentown, PA will be sharing a general history on the tribes that once lived in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Participants will see a variety of European and Native American goods that were commonly traded, and learn about food sources, tools, jewelry, etc. The program also includes demonstrations of various artifacts and an explanation of their uses.
