Transitioning into Mindful Eating (5x10)
Have you ever thought about your approach to eating or how your experience of food might change in college? Join the CGE for a discussion of mindful eating practices. We'll discuss our own experiences with developing healthier eating habits and introduce the practice of mindful eating, which focuses on being present while eating and bringing all your senses to your meal. This event is an Identity Development 5x10.

5x10 -- Transitions: Zines Marking Moments of Transformation
Zines (handmade magazines) are a fun and accessible way to mark periods of change. Learn about the history of zines, how to create a zine using one sheet of paper, and reflect on your own transition to Lehigh as you make a zine. We will also view some of the zines in Lehigh's Special Collections for inspiration. This is a 5x10 event. Virtual Inclusion Insights - Part 2 | Human Resources
In this two session program, you will view and discuss eleven video insights presented by Steve Robbins, Ph.D.
In the various video clips, Steve will discuss stereotypes and unintentional intolerance. Steve also discusses how human nature and our brains don't always help us be inclusive, and what we can do to prevent this.
Inclusion Insights is part of our Cornerstones of Community track and is an expectation of all staff.
In order to fulfill Cornerstones of Community requirements, Parts 1 and 2 of the virtual version of this course must both be completed. Parts 1 and 2 must be taken in order.
