Join us for Gender Equi-Tea! Taste different kinds of tea while coming together as a community for conversations in gender equity issues. Our first topic will be discussing the differences between gender equity and gender equality, facilitated by Dr. Rita Jones, the Director of the Center for Gender Equity. The Second Gender Equi-Tea will be held on September 25, and a conversation on Men's roles in gender equity/ Masculinity in Gender Roles Facilitated by Dr. Hugo Ceron-Anaya.

Participants will be able to discuss and learn about how our favorite brands of soap, clothing, jewelry, and more advertise towards an exclusive image. We will discuss and understand what is perpetuating this image as a norm and how as a society we can strive to see more real women.

The MLK Committee delights in bringing guests to Lehigh who share their personal experiences and expertise upon a range of social justice topics. Even better, many experts on these topics are right here at "home" or part of our local community. Join our distinguished panel for the second installment of the Justice Panels to engage in thoughtful discussion regarding the Evolution of Campus Activism.
