The Faculty and Staff of Color Network (FSCN) strive to enhance the retention and promotion of faculty and staff of color with the provision of promoting professional development, mentoring, community involvement and social events at Lehigh University. We work to educate the larger community by providing awareness concerning particular issues that surround faculty and staff of color.

Each staff member at Lehigh plays a role in the maintenance and enhancement of a diverse and inclusive work environment and community. Inclusion Insights will show you how to use creativity and innovation (one of Lehigh’s Success Factors) to contribute to our Equitable Community by seeking different perspectives, new ideas, knowledge and experiences. During this three hour program you will view and discuss eleven video insights presented by Steve Robbins, Ph.D. Steve is considered a diversity expert and is a gifted speaker and story teller. His presentation style is casual and entertaining. In the various video clips, Steve will discuss stereotypes and unintentional intolerance. Steve also discusses how human nature and our brains don't always help us be inclusive, and what we can do to prevent this.
