Voices of Resilience
Join OMA as we commemorate Native American history month by listening to the inspiring personal narratives of our Native American faculty and staff during our panel discussion: Voices of Resilience. OMA will host an engaging discussion on maintaining a sense of identity, culture and community while growing up and pursuing formal education with Dr. Joseph Pacheco (Indigenous Studies), Dr. Holona Ochs (Marcon Institute) and Dr. Junior Reina Toc (Iacocca Institute).

Connect & Create: Native Beading Workshop with Dr. Carly Camplain
Join us for conversation and craft as you learn traditional beading techniques to create your own pendant or pin with Dr. Carly Camplain. Dr. Camplain is a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Community and Population Health at Lehigh University.
All materials and light refreshments will be provided. No prior experience necessary.
