Prior to his current position, Dr. Odi served as the Vice Provost for Academic Diversity also at Lehigh University, and as the university liaison to the Board of Trustees Committee on Diversity and Inclusion.
He is currently working on variety of initiatives across the university to advance and sustain academic diversity and inclusive excellence (faculty, staff, students, and alumni). Odi has an extensive experience working with industry executives and funding agencies to advance inclusive excellence.
Dr. Henry Odi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics and his Master’s in Education from Millersville University, PA. He received his doctorate in Education/Administration from Lehigh University. Dr. Odi was awarded 2004-2005 American Council on Education Fellow (ACE Fellow). In addition, Dr. received two certificates from Harvard University Institutes for Higher Education -- Institute for Educational Management (IEM ’12) and Management Development Program (MDP ’95).
